    • Bed linens, Pillows, Blankets.
    • Pots and pans,
    • Shower curtains,
    • Kitchen and dinning utensils

    Please note the follow upcoming events:

    • 2012 Gym & Swim Summer Program:

    The Friendly House will be starting the enrollment for the Gym & Swim program on March 1st.  Discounts are available for early enrollement.

    Enrollement Discounts:

    1. Enrollment from March 1st to May 1st =  15% DISCOUNT
    2. Enrollment from May 2nd to June 1st = 10% DISCOUNT
    •  The Feinstein Foundation Annual $1 Million Giveaway to Fight Hunger: - March 1st - April 30th

    This will be the Friendly House's 7th consecutive year participating in the annual Feinstein Foundation Giveaway.  For the 15th consecutive year, Alan Shawn Feinstein will divide $1 million among hunger fighting agencies nationwide using it to help them raise funds this March and April. Donations of money and food and pledges of money will be accepted by the Friendly House starting on March 1st 2012.

    •  Easter Egg Hunt (Drop In Program) - April 6th

     

    • Community Dinner (St. Patrick’s Day Participants & families) -  April 11th

     

    • Earth Day - April 21st

    On Saturday April 21st, 2012 the Friendly House will be participating in the 23rd Annual REC Earth Day cleanups.  The Friendly House is in need of volunteers to help in various locations.  Please contact our site coordinator Susan Daly at 508-755-4362 or sdaly@friendlyhousema.org for more details on the date.  Registration starts March 1st and ends April 6th.

    The Friendly House also will need trash bags, gloves, rakes and any other tools to help with the clean up.  We appreciate your continued support as we try to improve our neighborhood.

    • Stand Against Racism (open to the public/guest speaker and puppet show) - April 27th
    • Friendly House Golf Tournament - April 29th at 12:30pm

    •    27th Annual CMHA "Walk For The Homeless" - May 20th

    Join Friendly House in it’s support of Central MA Housing Alliance’s 27th Annual Walk for the Homeless, benefiting Friendly House, Donations Cleaning House, Hope for Housing, Interfaith Hospitality Network and Youth Against Homelessness.  The 4.2 mile Walk will take place on Sunday, May 20th at 2pm, registration at 1pm, at Institute Park.  Rain or Shine!
